Really disappointed that Bravissimo.com charge £5 for 2nd class postage. When spending nearly £80 on only 2 items (which is extortionate in itself!) I'd expect free shipping to be offered. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on

I have used this company for years and whist their products are great… their customer service is consistently excellent. The advisors are always so helpful and kind which really makes a difference when you speak with them. There are never any quibbles about anything either. When things aren’t quite as planned (which is very rare, and I order a lot) they rectify everything immediately. Exchange not sent - no worries, they send it out with free next day delivery. A bikini didn’t fare as well as you expected - immediate return and refund. They are just excellent and whilst I would love more of their stores in the south and south west please, they make online shopping so easy. Perhaps they should branch out and give customer service lessons to other companies ?.

I live in Spain, and so have even more limited access to underwear / swimwear (well actually none) that fits me. Now with lack of shipping to EU countries from the UK and then customs charges for the ones who do ship... Its a nightmare being size 38GG/H.

Unfortunately due to a combination of BREXIT postage, customs, Spanish mail service being terrible in general, and me trying to cut corners and not wait / book a virtual zoom fitting - I have had a right mix up with my orders - no fault of bravissimo I might add.

They've been patient and helpful and lovely - even though I've been the absolute nightmare of customers I'm sure.

The only feedback I would give them is for the sake of their customer service team - a system whereby an original enquiry via email opens up a 'case' would be much smoother for customer and company - because I've ended up with so many different threads with so many various customer support advisors that everything have got a bit jumbled - to say the least. With a lag between each enquiry and each update (if I sent an update after an enquiry about the same matter, hours after, the update doesn't get read until the day after and then the email before gets answered. If you catch my drift).

Anyway.

Finally it all seems to be coming to a positive ending where I should have 3 beautiful bikini tops to wear here in Spain in the 43 degree heat!

I've used bravissimo since I was a teenager and lived in Leamington Spa and I just pray they'll keep running postal service to the EU because trust me - curvier chested people out here neeeeeeed bravissimo (I've already put some of my Spanish friends onto bravissimo who can't access fitting underwear here).

I live in the south west and my nearest shop is a couple of hours away. I was in London for the weekend and popped in on the off chance to the Oxford circus store.
There were no fitting appointments available but when I explained the circumstances staff were so helpful and made sure I had a great experience. They made sure I had a good selection to choose from and checked fitting without any fuss, even though they were short staffed.
Very satisfied with the service I received.

Unfortunately due to additional charges such as VAT and customs ordering from bravissimo will be very difficult for me. I live in Greece and it is not possible to find bras and swimwear in my size. Bravissimo has been the best solution for me for the last 15 years…sadly not anymore! My last order amounted to 170 euros and the customs duties were 64 euros. Some other UK companies seem to have found a way around this. Perhaps Bravissimo needs to try a little harder. The BraStop website says the following ‘for EU orders, delivery duty and customs charges will be covered on your behalf.‘

I bought a bra in your Manchester store in king street and I just wanted to tell you how incredible the staff were. I was served by Monique and Jen and they were both so helpful! I was nervous before going in but the whole team were really friendly and put me at ease!

I have to say I was beyond impressed with the terrific customer service I received from this company! From the online support to dispatch and delivery. They exemplified good customer service, something that is becoming harder to come by nowadays. They are always on hand to help and quite importantly they respond very promptly in every instance. This company will receive my repeat business without hesitation. I could have purchased items slightly cheaper elsewhere but, I will happily pay extra for a service this great! Thank you and keep up the good work.

My daughter and I visited the Leeds store and had a fitting with Naz. We were both made to feel completely at ease. Naz gave us plenty of choices and helped both of us select new bras. Certainly in my case I have been wearing garments that are so badly fitting and all that will now change. I felt the price was incredibly reasonable (£32) for such good quality and service. I will be back! Thank you.

Just wanted to say that it really makes a change to have a customer service that you can contact and that is extremely helpful. 5 stars. Having said that I ordered two bras the same make and size but different colours. One fitted perfectly and the other was too big. Seems to be par for the course for a lot of companies and clothing. Still 5 stars for Bravissimo though.

Buying swimwear for my 13 year old daughter - a far from easy task given her size ( tiny on the bottom but large on top) and her taste (‘not granny’), but yet again Bravissimo has come up trumps. A truly unparalleled range of bikini top sizes and all tops and bottoms are priced separately so you can mix and match sizes. We now have 3 that fit her perfectly and meet her high expectations of design.
Returns are easy, dealt with quickly and with email follow up. Great customer service.

Visited Bath, first time in store. I was looked after Millie. Nothing was too much trouble. How she managed to be attentive to myself and her other customers at the same time I'll never know, but she was great. My measurement was a total surprise! And my new bras are amazing. Great designs and very comfortable

Today was the first time that I’ve been in Bravissimo.
I was really pleased with the service I received from the moment I walked through the door.
Penny measured me and fixed me up with comfortable wireless bra, which I have never worn before. I’m very pleased with my purchases and I was very impressed with the variety of colours available for my size (34G). It was so lovely not to have to buy bland and drab colours as in black, white and flesh colours.
I’ll be back.

Was hoping to order some good quality bras as I find that had to do in the local shops. Little disappointed as I bought 2 different bras both the same size, 1 fits okay the other is to small. Or the cheapest of bras and with having to pay postage I will not be buying from them again.
